is due to install approximately 30mē of 160mm wide,
Engineered European Oak Flooring of a Multiply
construction into a converted Barn
in the small, quaint little village of Sandwith in
Whitehaven.
The
property has many period features, none more than
the exposed Oak beams and the spiral stair case
leading up to a
mezzanine study, overlooking the Lounge.
There are a couple of bespoke, items that are being
machined for this project to ensure we are providing
the level of finish that this stunning
converted barn deserves. A 75mm diameter,
solid oak collar is being machined on our CNC router
to provide the refined touch and we have a curved
step leading from the Lounge into the Kitchen.
The
finishing trim for the curved step has been braced
and will be steamed to ensure it retains its shape
for its installation on the curved step.
