Situated in the small and friendly village of Great Corby, local builders E.C. Ridley & Son of Scotby have converted a redundant Barn into additional
living space for the home owners. 

The conversion has now benefited them with an impressive entrance hallway, boot room, utility and shower room along with a
stunning Lounge that has an inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove and exposed beams.  All key features for a sandstone barn such as this.

The flooring project which is due to be carried out in April is being installed with 180mm wide, engineered European Oak Multiply flooring.  The flooring is being bonded to the subfloor using our specialist MS Polymer hardwood flooring adhesive.

To ensure that continuity is maintained, we are machining solid oak treads and risers to overlay the existing steps that the builder has constructed.  This will ensure that the floor flows smoothly between the new lounge and hallway.
