A derelict farm in the small village of Skirwith near Langwathby was given a lease of life by Eden Valley Developments Limited.  A mixture of  executive Barn Conversions and New build properties made up this stunning site.  The majority of the site was supplied and installed with the 180mm wide, Solid European Oak planked flooring, pre-treated with a natural oil from Gründorf UK.  The first property was supplied to the developer although the remainder of the site was
supplied and installed.
