The village of Eaglesfield near cockermouth have had a new community and village hall constructed  which was funded with a £235,000.00 lottery grant along,
fund raising from the local community and generous donations from various bodies and the parish council.  The existing building was a wooden structure and
was originally used as a reading room for farm workers.  Origin Direct has installed approximately 120m² of European Rustic Beech flooring, prefinished with a
acrylic based lacquer, manufactured by GRÜNDORF UK.  The flooring was installed over the specialist wood floor underlay, Timbermate Excel by Duralay.
